I had the same issue until I figured out my GPU was overheating and turned my fan speed up. Fixed it right up for me, so check your temperatures as well. I'm having the same issue, and only with Beat Saber. I can't even get to the main menu without stuttering and lag that makes it useless at this point. Also I have it on an SSD with other games that aren't having an issue.

This is really sickening. I tried playing other online games like monster hunter on ps5, and black desert online, there is no issue no lag no nothing. Only ffxiv.. And till now, we have no replies from the technical team from SE To be honest this is not right at all. We the consumers paid for the services and yet it has been days the issue have yet to be resolved. At the moment the game is totally un-playable at the moment due to the delay of actions.
