I had one problem with Step 7. Pre install was done but osx do not boot stuck. I have overcome this problem by steps: 1. Clone freshly installed osx AMD Post Install script. The end was chaotic too, I needed to copy the installation to an internal disk, so I started by resizing the partition using the disk utility on the installation media to 40 Gb, and then created the exact same partition on the internal disk and copied this using cat directly on the disk device in linux!
