So who are our Graduates? What is it like to be a Graduate at QBE? I have been given lots of opportunities and encouraged to seek out the roles and projects that interest me. From Cyber Security to DevOps I was able to work with a variety of friendly teams, this not only gave me opportunities to experience different fields in Computer Science but also learn invaluable skills.

There is a strong culture of inclusion, where diversity of thoughts and collaboration are praised, which continues to be reflected in the continued support available throughout the graduate program. Whilst being able to work across a variety of projects throughout my rotations, I am also continually encouraged to explore opportunities to develop my skills and learn more about the operations of the different business functions at QBE.
